We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Calibration Engineer to be based at our customer embedded site in Broughton.

What will I be responsible for?

Joining our team as a Maintenance Calibration Engineer you will be responsible for calibrating measuring equipment to ISO9001, BS EN ISO 17025, and customer specification in accordance with Company Procedures, UKAS publications, and other internationally recognised specifications. Maintain relevant records of work, data and results in a traceable and auditable manner utilizing EMS management systems. You will be responsible for maintaining torque tooling in line with the OEM’s recommendation.  You will be required to participate in customer surveillance and accreditation audits.

What you will bring to the team

  • Outstanding expertise and competence at assessing and repairing a variety of mechanical and electrical tooling.
  • Must have working knowledge of PPM’s.
  • Must have a technical qualification such as degree, HND, HNC, BTEC.
  • Good understanding of calibration/maintenance practices, procedures and theories.
  • Experience of working within a customer-focused environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with the minimum of supervision & manage your workload
