SENIOR CALIBRATION ENGINEER/LAB MANAGER MALTA

To strengthen the Malta team, we are looking for a motivated Senior Calibration Engineer / Lab Manager, ready to actively contribute to the growth of the business and the development of strong relationships with both local and international customers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

As a Senior Calibration Engineer / Lab Manager, you will be responsible for calibrating measuring instrumentation in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards, including Temperature, RH, Pressure and Electrical instrumentation. You will manage calibration certification records and traceability, ensure compliance with mandatory legislative requirements, lead the calibration of specialist products, support the improvement of calibration procedures, and participate in internal and external audits.

OUR IDEAL SENIOR CALIBRATION ENGINEER / LAB MANAGER

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical) or BTEC Diploma
• Experience in an ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory or similar environment
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 Quality Systems
• Previous management experience
• Strong communication skills
• English – professional working proficiency (required)
